Frequently Asked Questions
As a newly launched brand, our delivery times will take longer than traditional brands that are already operational. Our first flow of inventory is being produced right now, and will arrive in our warehouse in early July. You will receive your pre-ordered products by the end of July, and if there are any unforeseen delays we will promptly notify you and be completely transparent. We expect to be fully operational with standard shipping times (1-5 days) by August 2021.

It’s easy—head to our contact page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer free returns in areas where we also offer free shipping.
We currently ship everywhere in the U.S., and plan to have international shipping capabilities by late 2021.
For all orders up to $100, shipping will cost $7.99. For all orders over $100, shipping is on the house!

Our products were designed with all interiors and areas of the home in mind, and think you’ll find a color that will elevate any space you are thinking to declutter.
We created a size guide on the pre-order page that outlines the length, depth, and height of each basket. We also include some recommendations for which size to get depending on what you’re using it for!
They’re removable/detachable, so feel free to adorn your storage with them or keep them detached!
Our products are designed at our HQ in New York and manufactured across Asia (in China & Vietnam), and we only partner with suppliers that have the exemplary and thoughtful work environments that we would want for our own employees.
Our products are built to last, which means cutting back on storage solutions you’d otherwise go through (and would go in a landfill). Our unique flat pack design saves over 50% on packaging waste and up to 84% on carbon emissions compared to the traditional storage baskets.
We hope you will fall in love with your new storage, but just in case you don't, we offer both cancellation and return options. If you would like to cancel your pre-order, contact us anytime before delivery and we will refund your order. If you received your products and aren't in love with them, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you the full amount minus 10% of your purchase price to cover the return shipping costs of your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns on pieces that have been altered, customized or damaged in any way post-delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
